Diversity Tracking Software

Partnering with Morrison and Associates Inc. CBS LLC designed a Diversity tracking database for the School District of Hillsborough County. This database has been used over the last five years and enabled the District to report to its community results of the participation on New Construction bids. Recently it has begun to extend the reporting services to include goods and services.

Features of the database include:

  • Tracking of CM bid awards to subcontractors

  • Annual reports for the District showing participation percentages

  • By Division

  • By Vendor

  • By Construction Manager

  • By Project

  • Adhoc reports for data analysis

  • Cumulative reports showing individual CM participation as well as the District as a whole

  • Communication between Vendorbid and the District to capturing new registered vendors

  • Distribution list to send notices to registered vendors for pre-bid meetings

  • Feedback to the IT department to advise which vendors are considered SBE’s

  • A website displaying all SBE approved vendors

  • This allows the CM”s to see who is counted as a SBE

  • This provides an additional marketing feature to the   SBE’s

  • Customized form letters

Developed database solution to track Small Business Participation. Was able to track over $50 million in a two-year span

  • Designed, created, implemented, and currently maintain a database  to track bid and vendor information.

  • Database allows for customer to quickly input data and run customized queries on vendors and bids.

  • Database displays multiple reports which can be customized at the touch of a button.

  • Database reports, addresses envelopes, and prints dated documents to be mailed to vendors for items such as missing information and renewal notices.

Designed and maintain database for a national project management team which saved company in excess of    $53,000 per year and increased billing by over 8%

  • Designed, created, implemented, and currently maintain a set of databases that combined several cumbersome legacy systems into one user-friendly reporting tool to track key service and billing-related measurements quickly and easily.

  • Established consistency in data-gathering. Prior to  engagement of   the tool, different project managers each gathered data differently; thus, their billing was inconsistent.

  • Combined accounts reporting process which saved customer over $53,000 per year in report gathering  in addition to dollars saved because the project managers were able to quickly identify issues.

  • Established a weekly update process that delivers new reports  directly to email for quick, fast, and simple updates.
